Mini's Speed & Agility Camp JULY 22-25

This camp will run for 4 days and will include lots of fun speed and agility drills and competitions. It is a great opportunity to get a jump start on your child’s technique and athleticism. If your child is brand new to speed and agility, this is not a problem! This camp will help all players/athletes of all levels learn key techniques and apply them to different activities. Activities will include ladder runs, band training, hip flexor strengthening, arm and leg technique, and much more! Life Kinetik components will also be added to enhance quick decision-making skills and to work the brain. This camp is for participants ages 6-8. Some exceptions may be made if your child has their 6th birthday during the summertime, but please contact me first before registering. Cleats or turf shoes are highly recommended.

• When: July 22nd - 25th
• Where: KU Central Field
• Time: 9:00am – 10:00am
• Registration Fee: $65
• Equipment needed: Cleats or turf shoes are highly recommended, water bottle.

Please be advised that a cancellation fee of 33% will be assessed for cancellations received before three (3) weeks from the start of camp, regardless of the circumstance. A 50% will be assessed for cancellations received less than three (3) weeks from the start of camp, regardless of the circumstance. Any cancellations received within seven (7) days from the start of camp will forfeit the entire camp fee.
